The Hotel & Restaurant Lamm Hebsack is a family-run hotel in the 3 star superior category with 23 rooms and 38 beds. There are 90 seats in 4 dining rooms in the à la carte area of the attached restaurant. With regard to banquets, the historic vaulted cellar has over 60 seats available and the Flair salon over 50. The restaurant kitchen offers regional food, but focuses mainly on seasonal food with a light Mediterranean preparation.
Our guests during the week are mainly business travellers, at the weekend we usually serve private guests, mostly regular guests.
We always have about 11 apprentices training in the hotel trade and/or to become a chef.
For the summer 2016, we still have one Apprenticeship position for hotel specialists and one apprenticeship position to become a Chef available.
